Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Tachalo account data by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your Tachalo account.

Include the subject line "Delete my Tachalo account" and the email address used to sign in. Tachalo may ask for confirmation before deleting account data.

Deletion includes your Tachalo account record, goal list, daily tracking history, weekly tracking history, app settings, and saved stats derived from that tracking data.

Tachalo may retain limited records when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, or operational logs. Backup copies may take additional time to expire through normal backup rotation.

Tachalo will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request and any needed confirmation.
